New Beginnings on Saturday 21st January from 3 – 5pm.
This is a lovely occasion with the opportunity to have a go at several crafts, watch a puppet show, take part in a short service (with interactive songs) – again, all washed down with tea and a delicious selection of sandwiches and homemade cakes.
It’s worth coming to if you haven’t been before. Those who have attended from Friendship Club say they love it.
It is also free!
It would help us to know numbers (for layout and amount of food) so if you would like to come please just drop me a line.
Best wishes
Laura

Dorset Friends Win Lottery!
The Friendship Club has been awarded £280,000 from the Big Lottery Fund!
The Friendship Club meets in different places all over the DCC area. It
is made up of people with a learning disability and people who volunteer
to support them. Activites are really varied, and range from fish and
chip suppers to night clubbing! The club organiser Laura Kerr worked
really hard on the bid. Now that the money has been awarded, plans can be
made for the work of the Club to go forward over the next 3 years.
