We try hard to make our meetings easy to understand. We do this by writing "Easy to Read" minutes, by using a "traffic light card" system during meetings, and by making sure that presentations and paperwork are clear and easy to read.
Meetings are chaired by Tim Rose , Debbie Ward and the co-chair is Richard Maxfield
